This journal is designed to create freedom. Freedom from the Mind and Body. Over the last 5 years putting pen to paper has worked magic in my life. Not because something magically appeared after I wrote it down but because it taught me how to become honest with myself. It taught me how to take accountability for my mistakes as well as design a plan to achieve my greatest Goals in life. When you express your thoughts and put them on paper it becomes a reality. There is a big difference from the mental plane and the action taken steps which are required to create change in ones life. Goal list, personal inventories, plan of action, or even just expressing your daily frustrations to gain clarity. Write it, Plan it, Attack It.
