The Formula to Success with Anything in Life

  First off, I’d like to start by saying that Success should be defined by your own making. For some people success means Money, Status, Fancy Cars and Houses and for some people it just means doing what you love and has no financial outcome attached to it. Success to me just means you have a Definite Goal with something "You" want in life and you are working towards it everyday and applying your best efforts towards that Goal. 

  The crazy thing about this Formula is that it works the same for both Success and Failure in any department of Life. The Formula is "We Become What We Think About". I know this sounds to simple to be such a major deciding factor in life which will determine your Success or Failure outcome but hear me out. 

  So in order for me to explain this properly I have to Mention 3 different areas of the Mind which are the Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind, and the SuperConscious Mind. The Conscious Mind is when we are actually aware of what we are doing as we are going through life for example when you are having a conversation with somebody at work. That’s the conscious mind. Then there is the Subconscious Mind which is the part of the mind that is always taking note of everything that is going on around you. And it’s been doing this since you were a very young child. And last there is Superconscious Mind. This is the creative faculty that some people might call their "Intuition" or some even say it’s their guidance from a Higher Power. Either way it’s a driving force that gives you the guidance that something is right or wrong to put it in simplified terms. 

  Since we were a young child our Subconscious Mind has been taking mental pictures and notes of everything going on around you. With that being said we are accumulating a whole lot of experience throughout the years which later down the line becomes the software programming we build a foundation in life from. If you currently are in a slump and not living your ideal life. You most likely lived through a lot of negative experiences growing up into where you are at now without any conscious awareness or understanding of what you were doing in life. Well because nobody taught you. 

  Now comes the truth behind the matter of what we think about we will become. When we are in the constant battle of life going against the grain and feel completely out of harmony with life itself. It’s not just that life is handing you a bad hand of cards. It’s the energy you are putting out there that is being attracted back into your life. We will only get in life what we put out. 

  So with that being said you are living most of your life in a low vibration and frequency always fighting against the natural laws of the universe. What I mean by this is that you are probably 8 times out of 10 in a negative state of thought. And when we are in a negative state of thought 8 times out of 10 for 20, 30, 40 plus years. Think about how much you are practicing and reinforcing those thoughts and beliefs into your life. Even if those thoughts were untrue thoughts. You allowed them to fester in your head for so long and for countless hours, days, weeks, months and years that they became true to you. 

  Think about a professional athlete at the top of their game. In order to be at the top of their game they must obsess over all aspects of the sport whether it be the physical training, watching footage, studying film, creating healthy eating and sleeping habits or taking intentional rest and recovery days. Doing all of this stuff with a strong desire to become your best on a daily basis. There is no way one can fail. 

  In order for this formula to work in the positive way you must know what you want in life. If you are completely unsure of what you want start by sitting with your self every morning for 30 minutes and just jotting down some ideas of the things that interest you or the things you really enjoy doing in life. Something will come over time. When you figure this out you must create a plan of action to stay active and involved with certain activities daily. So if you want to win in life and become your highest most productive and efficient version of yourself you must consume healthier resources everyday. For me this means studying material that will bring you practical application like your life depends on it. For me this looks like early morning routines, reading books, listening to educational podcasts, motivational videos on YouTube, deep conversations with friends, eating healthy foods, sitting with a mentor, mentoring others. And when you are constantly doing these things you are constantly consuming healthier resources and with daily practice over time you will eventually become what you consume on all levels in life.
